ZenexDigital provides web design, development, SEO, branding, and related digital services for local businesses. The scope, timeline, and pricing of any project are agreed upon in a separate project proposal or contract.
Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content created specifically for your project.
- We retain the right to showcase your project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Third-party tools, fonts, and assets used in your project are subject to their own license terms.
Payments
Payment terms are outlined in your project proposal. A deposit is typically required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion and before launch.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and approvals as needed to keep the project on schedule. Delays caused by late client responses may affect the project timeline.
Limitation of Liability
ZenexDigital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Website Use
You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our site.
Changes to Terms

Governing Law
